Dear Friends of the Leo Maddox Legacy,

We hope this finds you healthy, well and your summer season off to a good start.

We would like to share a feature article, "Let's Do Something About It" that was published in the University of Washington Magazine June 2022 Summer Edition.

This feature article describes the impact that our Leo Maddox Legacy work has had to date at the University, in both the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, and the School of Oceanography.

Our 2022 Leo Maddox Legacy website (leomaddoxlegacy.org) also reflects in more detail our growing Leo Maddox Family of Scholars and array of programs launched at the University of Washington, inclusive of our first Leo Maddox Innovation Cup, Gio Kanaan's work on bio sulfates, and the Leo Maddox Endowed Professor, Parker MacCready’s work on coastal modeling.
